Stocks to Watch Monday SLV, F, P, LTUM, WTFS
IShares Silver Trust (SLV:NYSE) The voices get louder on both sides of the trade. We saw a huge rally and then a sharp pullback at the hands of weak longs, and then some form of consolidation. The $33 handle remains as the line in the sand on the charts.
Pandora (P:NYSE) This recent hot, one day, or half of a day winner for that matter, may have seen the bottom. Pandora had a nice day in a weak market and despite the negative sentiment, and lack of earnings visibility, naked shorts may have to cover. However, uncertainty still looms.
Ford Motor Company (F:NYSE) Shares seem dead right now, however the General Motors (GM:NYSE) secondary looms. Watch for a reset in F’s valuation if the potential GM secondary all of a sudden becomes sought after by institutions in the late summer.
Lithium Corporation (LTUM:OB) We often highlight this name, despite the fact that it’s become sort of dead money. LTUM was down over 10% on Friday on light volume with no news. Despite the negative sentiment, add LTUM to your penny stock list just in case the lithium sector makes a move.
Xinde Technology (WTFS:OB) Shares of this penny stock were off over 24% on Friday. We issued a piece on Xinde and the reverse merger earlier in the week. After you read it the best course of action may be the sidelines, unless you are a bottom fisher.
