JAMN, LEXG
As many of you know, we hit a major home run for our subscribers on the long side with Jammin Java (JAMN.OB). However, in a volatile environment that produces boom to bust situations like Lithium Exploration Group (LEXG.OB), profits need to be taken on the way up. We have preached this over and over again in our entries. No matter how good the chart looks or how good the story is penny stocks are extremely volatile. If you play them the right way, you can make a fortune.
Yesterday thestreetsweeper.org produced a scathing article regarding Jammin Java and shares consequently closed down 34%. The text highlighted the Marley connection and touched upon the former shell status of JAMN, the involvement of stock promotion, and questions about JAMN’s lofty valuation.
Now this is all well and good and correct to a certain degree. The fact remains that penny stock trading profits can be made if you are involved early enough in the run. I am sure that you many of you remember the gains that were made in LEXG. This was a company that while being a tremendous trading vehicle, had questionable at best fundamentals. Only the naive would believe that short sellers would avoid not attempt to provide resistance to a stock like JAMN which literally tripled in less than a month. We all know this is part of the game, but the key is to anticipate these upward moves and take profits on the way up. While the streetsweeper.org does carry weight in the penny stock community, don’t be surprised if scalpers step in and create a little morning bounce. Regardless of your bias, add this one to your penny stock list. This has been the hottest penny stock of 2011 by far.
