HDSI – Has Roller Coaster Movement
Shares of HDS INTERNATIONAL CORP (PINK:HDSI) continues to move higher and has been one of the best penny stocks over the past week.
HDSI stock started to move higher on Aug 15, 2011, when it witnessed a gain of whopping 180% with more than 3.10 million shares traded hands. The sharp rally was followed by news that the company had agreed to buy all assets of HOEL.
The next day, HDSI stock opened with a serious and losses and slumped about 35% for the day with more than 4.87million shares exchanged.
However, investors were confused about the positions and HDSI stock recovered and surged about 45% on Aug 17, 2011 and another 65% during the following day.
On Aug 18, 2011, HDSI stock had shown a record volume of 56.24 million shares – about 20 times its 30-day average volume.

This morning, HDSI stock gapped up and now trading higher by 13% to day’s high of $0.33. So far more than 9.50 million shares have traded with more than two hours of trading are still left.
HDS International Corp (PINK:HDSI) had total outstanding shares of 538.20 million, with 97.38 million shares were floating. The stock has a 52-week range of $0.08-$1. The company has a market capitalization of $157.15 million.
For the latest year ended, HDSI has reported loss of $169.22K. It had 4.06K in cash. HDSI has total debt of $139.60K.
HDSI stock has witnessed a gain of about 311% since Aug, 12, 2011. Now it would be interesting to see how the stock will move from here on.
